SA Player of the Week Selected Monday, September 3rd, 2029 It was a fantastic week for Myrtle Beach shortstop Gabriel Amezquita and it was capped off today with the announcement that he was named the winner of the USSL Single A Player of the Week Award. Last week Amezquita hammered the ball at a torrid .474 pace, going 9-for-19 with no home runs, 6 RBIs and 2 runs scored. This season in 87 games Amezquita is batting .292 with 3 home runs, 40 RBIs and has scored 38 times. |
