Megarity Rips York for 5 Hits Friday, August 17th, 2029 Guzzlers shortstop Fletcher Megarity had his way with York pitching today at York Park and mauled them for 5 hits in 7 at-bats. His efforts were all in vain, though, as the Revolution ruined his great day by toppling the Guzzlers, 6-5. "I had a great day, but you've got to give York credit, they did what they had to do to win," he told reporters after the game. "They weren't very impressed with my 5 hits." "Oh, we noticed what Megarity did today," Revolution skipper Taylor Whitney said. "He had quite a game. I can tell you this, we will pitch him a little differently the next time we face him." Fletcher Megarity doubled in the 2nd, struck out in the 4th, walked in the 6th, singled in the 8th, singled in the 10th, struck out in the 12th, walked in the 14th, singled in the 17th and singled in the 18th.
