Li Collects Player of the Week Award Monday, July 23rd, 2029 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the M3L Single A, but last week Ling Li of the Provo Mango reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Li rocked opposing pitching for a .625 average (5-for-8), 3 home runs and 5 RBIs to come away with the award. Li is batting at a .402 pace this season, picking up 39 hits in 97 at-bats with 8 home runs, 27 RBIs and 19 runs scored. |
