Red-Hot Carrizales Scorches Guzzlers Friday, May 18th, 2029 Mango catcher Guillermo Carrizales had his way with Galesburg pitching today at Mango Yard and mauled them for 6 hits in 7 at-bats. His efforts were all in vain, though, as the Guzzlers ruined his great day by toppling the Mango, 9-7. "I had a great day, but you've got to give Galesburg credit, they did what they had to do to win," he told reporters after the game. "They weren't very impressed with my 6 hits." "Oh, we noticed what Carrizales did today," Guzzlers skipper Rickey Burrell said. "He had quite a game. I can tell you this, we will pitch him a little differently the next time we face him." Guillermo Carrizales singled in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, doubled in the 6th, singled in the 8th, singled in the 10th, doubled in the 12th and doubled in the 14th.
