With second baseman Dolla Head leading the charge, the Grim Reapers got a road win over the Delaware 1787 BC, 12-4, in Game 2 of the SL A Championship today. Head was 3-5 with 3 singles and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 4 at Carrier Field to help Grim force a 1-1 tie in the best-of-5 series.

David Gaston aided the Grim cause with a run-scoring walk in the top of the second. For the game, the center fielder drew 1 walk in 6 trips to the plate.

"We won," Gaston told assembled media after the game. "I guess that's all that really matters."

The next game is scheduled for Tuesday, September 11th, 2029 at The Coffin. The scheduled starters for the game are Jay Mahabir for Delaware and Steve Seabolt for Grim.
