The South Beach Blaze rolled to an easy 5-0 win over the Hammond Herons at The Heron Refuge today. Leading the way to victory was starter José Sauls, who shackled the Hammond Herons and held them scoreless on a 4-hitter.

"This is what every pitcher wants to do when they go out there," Sauls said in his postgame press conference.

So far this year Sauls has nailed down no saves. His won-lost record is 2-2 with a 2.63 ERA.
