Ihde drives in 4 runs to Pull Seahawks to .500

The Myrtle Beach Seahawks defeated the Washington Generals, 9-0. Earning player of the game honors was center fielder Dallas Ihde, who went 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 4. Myrtle Beach starter Min-chin Kim was credited with the win after throwing 89 pitches over 7 innings. His record now stands at 10-2. The Seahawks bumped their record to 45-45 with this latest triumph.
Early in the game, left fielder Aquiles Morda had a 2-run double for Myrtle Beach. It was his 16th double of the season and put the Seahawks on top, 2-0.
"We put it together today and came out with the win," Ihde said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
