Seahawks Win in Glorious Fashion
Myrtle Beach shortstop Peter Ough made his presence felt in the 7-6 Seahawks triumph over the Syracuse Storm. Ough went 4-4 with a double and 3 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. Sebastian Calvert picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 4-0. Matthew Fallows was tagged with the loss. Myrtle Beach is now 38-44.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when Myrtle Beach catcher Luke Thornton, facing Matthew Fallows, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Seahawks the 7-6 win.

"Enjoyed this one," Thornton told the Myrtle Beach Chronicle. "But it's back to work tomorrow."
