The Grim Reapers did just enough to secure a 2-1 victory over the Washington Generals at The Coffin. Nobody did more than pitcher Valentyn Hochmiller, who captured player of the game honors. In 8 innings, Hochmiller surrendered 5 hits, while striking out 7 and walking 2. He allowed 1 run. The Reapers own a robust 44-13 mark.
Mun-wah Law aided the Grim cause with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the first. For the game, the designated hitter went 1 for 4.
