Washington Generals starter Jeff Rollins was in fine form against the Nebraska Plainsmen at Washington Park, leading his team to a 1-0 win. Washington is now 14-14, while Nebraska is 6-22.
Rollins, a native of Seattle, Washington, was dealing all game. He kept Nebraska hitters off-balance, while giving the Generals 8 quality innings. Rollins threw 118 pitches, allowing 4 hits and striking out 7.
