Ch'oe K's 10 En Route to 2-1 Storm Win
|
Pong-keun Ch'oe pitched a gem to lead Syracuse to a 2-1 victory over the Delaware 1787 BC. The Storm are off to a tough start, getting just their 6th win in 16 games.
Ch'oe was in the zone all game. He frustrated Delaware hitters while giving the Storm 8 innings of quality work. Ch'oe threw 104 pitches, allowing 3 hits and getting 10 punchouts.
"I'm proud of the boys for pulling through," said Storm manager Chad Hess. "The wins don't come easy for this team, but everyone's got an extra jump in their step after a game like this."
