Galesburg Guzzlers starter Mike McKay turned in an exceptional performance against the Kennesaw Jets at Jets Stadium, resulting in a Galesburg win, 4-0. The Guzzlers improved to 13-16.

The Guzzlers liked what they saw from McKay. The 21-year old pitcher had a commanding presence on the mound, limiting the Jets to no earned runs on 4 hits over 8 innings, and striking out 4.
