Rails Shut Out Highlanders

Richland Rails starter Barney Starr was definitely locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Asheville Highlanders, 5-0. Hartmann Riedman, credited with the save, is now 3 for 3 in save opportunities. The Rails' win now puts them at 37-34.
Spencer Lyng helped out the Richland cause in the top of the second inning with a bases-clearing double. For the game, the right fielder went 1-3 with a double. He drove in 3 runs.
"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Lyng told the Richland Observer.
