Walk-Off Victory for Tritons Takes Record to 64-34
The Jersey City Tritons did just enough to secure a 3-2 victory over the Plymouth Rocks at Jersey City Grounds. Nobody did more than pitcher Ricardo Rodríguez, who captured player of the game honors. Anthony Ledesma picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 6-3. Rio Bavin was tagged with the loss. Jersey City is now riding a 5-game win streak.

Chia-ch'ing Dodman was the walk-off hero for Jersey City. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Tritons first baseman hit a dramatic solo home run to send the teams home.

"It feels good to get this one," Rodríguez told the Jersey City Citizen.
