The Plymouth Rocks picked up a win at Royse City Stadium, knocking off the Royse City Targaryens, 5-3. Starting pitcher Rafael Méndez, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason why. Méndez got the win, improving to 9-5. He allowed 8 hits and walked 1 over 7.2 innings. Méndez allowed 3 earned runs. The save was credited to Roberto Aguirre, his 8th.

Ernesto Trevino helped his team jump on top from the get-go. His first time up in the top of the first, he cranked a 2-run home run to give Plymouth a 2-0 lead.
