The Phoenix Hotspur Reserves bested the Milton Dogfish Head, 6-1, at Milton Corner Tavern. Julián De Paz was named player of the game. He was 1-1 with a home run and 4 walks. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Raúl Gonzáles, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 2nd save. The Hotspur Reserves now have a mark of 18-37.
Germán Alfaro aided the Phoenix cause with a 2-run single in the top of the eighth. For the game, the catcher went 2 for 4 with 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.
