The Gryfindor Braves defeated the Royse City Targaryens, 9-3, in USPL Triple A action at Cayuse Ballpark, with Gryfindor pitcher Seung-hyeon So named player of the game. So, now 2-2, was the winner. In 6 innings, he gave up 3 hits, while striking out 5, walking 3, and allowing 3 earned runs. With the win, Gryfindor goes to 18-21, while the Targaryens fall to 16-23.
Rafael Durango, who is tied for 5th in the PAAA in triples with 2, helped out the Gryfindor cause in the bottom of the seventh inning with a bases-clearing double. For the game, the second baseman went 2-4 with a double. He drove in 4 runs.
"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Durango told the Gryfindor Gazette.
