Targaryens Come Back Late to Top Hotspur Reserves
Royse City rode a decent outing from starter Stanford McCain to victory over the Phoenix Hotspur Reserves at Thunderbirds Stadium. The final score was 9-3. Royse City reliever Manuel Franco picked up the win, bumping his record to 1-0. Dylan Guérin was collared with the loss. Today's win puts Royse City at 8-15, while Phoenix falls to 8-15.

A crucial at-bat came with a runner on 1st and one out in the top of the eighth inning. That's when right fielder Diego Bonilla, who is tied for 8th in the PAAA in triples with 1, hit a single. The Targaryens went on to win.

"The boys came out and just played their butts off," said Royse City manager Chris Drew.
