Benefiting from an exceptional performance from Júlio Becerra, the Virginia Beach Deuces defeated the Long Island Seawolves, 6-4. Becerra went 2 for 4 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Deuces. Olegário Pa closed it out for his 10th save. Virginia Beach has now won 3 straight, while the Seawolves have lost 3 in a row.

Becerra had an important at-bat with runners on 1st and 3rd in the top of the first, when he hit a 3-run home run. The Deuces went on to win.
