Seawolves Continue Skid Thanks to Reinhardt, Atoms
|
The Bethesda Atoms grabbed a 7-1 win over the Long Island Seawolves at Ballpark of Remsen. Bethesda left fielder Enoch Reinhardt slugged 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice to earn player of the game honors. The Seawolves fall to 7-12 and continue their lackluster start in 2029.
Reinhardt had a key at-bat for Bethesda early in the game. With runners on 1st and 3rd, he hit a 3-run home run. It was his 2nd home run of the season and gave Bethesda an early 3-0 lead.
Reinhardt told the Bethesda Gazette: "I don't know which I enjoy more -- being a ballplayer or the perks that come with being a ballplayer."
