The Plymouth Rocks stopped the Jersey City Tritons, 9-7, at Jersey City Grounds. The Rocks got a big game from Carlos Álvarez, who went 3 for 3 with 3 singles and 2 walks. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Bruce Hamilton picked up the save for Plymouth, his 1st of the year. Plymouth is off to a sluggish start, getting just their 4th win in 12 games.
