Halberds Take Down Lake Monsters, 10-7
Alloway played host to Vermont at the friendly confines of Ballpark of Alloway.

The Alloway Halberds bested the Vermont Lake Monsters by a score of 10-7, with shortstop Vito Middendorf getting the main credit. On the day, Middendorf went 4-4 with a double, 3 singles, and a walk. He scored 3 runs for the Halberds. Ryan Dull was the winner. Over 5.2 innings, he allowed 5 runs on 7 hits, with 1 walk and 5 strikeouts. Kenete Daku picked up the save, his 7th.
