Well, that's how to end a game in style.
The inspired effort of Tortolita right fielder Roberto Mosca was not enough to prevent a 6-5 loss to the Port Royal Disaster. Mosca went 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 5 runs and scored once. Port Royal is now 19-17.
Port Royal took a 6-5 lead on David McJannett's 2nd double of the season. The 2-run double, which McJannett hit in the bottom of the ninth, left Tortolita pitcher Briggs Bourgeois visibly frustrated.
"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," McJannett said.
