Tortolita played host to Calgary at the friendly confines of Drummers Ballpark.
Jesús Martínez had a good game, but he could not keep the Calgary Lynx from falling, 6-5, to the Tortolita Drummers at Drummers Ballpark. The Calgary first baseman was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 runs in the loss. The first-place Drummers have a one-game lead in their division.
Tortolita left fielder Alan Elder made his contribution to the Drummers cause with a 2-run double in the bottom of the second inning. For the day, Elder was 2 for 4 with a double. He drove in 2 runs.
