Both teams had their chances, but the Little Caesars Hot N Readys eventually prevailed at The Pizza Oven.

Tony Gutiérrez added some punch to the Little Caesars offense, helping them outmuscle the Lancaster Farmers, 10-9. In the game, Gutiérrez, who is tied for 3rd in the SAA in triples with 5, was 2-5 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 4. The winner was I-tsing Ts'ong in relief. His record improves to 2-2. Raúl Nieto took the loss.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the 11th inning, when Little Caesars catcher Dan Hunt, facing Raúl Nieto, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Hot N Readys the 10-9 win.

"We take it day by day here," said Hunt, "and today was a good one for us."

Little Caesars now has a 3-game win streak.
