Blue Sox Topple Hot N Readys with Late Rally

The Irving Blue Sox picked up a win at The Pizza Oven, knocking off the Little Caesars Hot N Readys, 5-3. Starting pitcher Morihiro Sai was an essential part of his team's success. Martin Besnier, credited with the win, is now 2-0. He allowed 1 run on 1 hit in 1 innings. Irving currently is in second place in the Silver AA at 18-11.
Scott Donlan made it 5-3 in favor of Irving when he delivered a 3-run home run. It came with two out in the top of the ninth. The Blue Sox went on to win.
"We'll relax tonight and get back after it tomorrow," Sai said after the game.
