The Bloomington Longnecks topped the Ellenburg Fighting Dachsunds, 9-1, in M3L Triple A action at Dog Park in Ellenburg. The player of the game was Bloomington pitcher and Montgomery Township, New Jersey native Bob Mullinax. The winning pitcher was Mullinax, now 4-1. He tossed 7.1 innings of 5-hit ball, while walking 2 and fanning 5. The Longnecks own a robust 52-28 mark.
Calvin Wilms, the 29 overall pick in the 2028 draft, aided the Bloomington cause with a run-scoring single in the top of the second. For the game, the designated hitter was 2-4 with 2 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3.
