Benefiting from Matt Sheppard's productive game, the Sioux Falls Red Pandas downed the Ellenburg Fighting Dachsunds, 5-4. Sheppard went 2 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for the Red Pandas. Sioux Falls reliever Don Miller picked up the win, upping his record to 2-0. José Tovar absorbed the loss.
