Red Pandas Roll Over Men, 9-4
|
Sioux Falls first baseman Hieu De was instrumental in his team's 9-4 win over the Florida Men. De, who is tied for 5th in the 3AAA in triples with 1, went 2-3 with 2 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Red Pandas. Sioux Falls reliever Ordono Lima was the winner. His record is now 1-0. The losing pitcher was Martín Aguilar. The Red Pandas keep rolling, raising their record to 10-5.
Fa-tang Wang, who is tied for 3rd in the 3AAA in runs scored with 15, helped out the Sioux Falls cause in the bottom of the second inning with a run-scoring double. For the game, the center fielder went 1 for 4 with a double and a walk.
"Some of the guys in here work pretty hard, some of the guys just kind of fall out of bed and get it done. Whatever works I guess, we won this one," De told the Sioux Falls Times.
