Premier AA Won: Mercer Island Crowned Monday, September 4th, 2028 Alberto Reyes said it takes "a lot of dedication and sacrifice" to win a division title. That's why he and his Mercer Island Screaming Eagles teammates were so excited to celebrate their Premier AA championship today. "It's been a team effort all year long," he said. "You don't get to this point without the guys in the room believing in what we're doing." That belief has paced the club to a 65-29 record on the season. It is the club's 5th Premier AA championship and puts them in position for their 4th USPL Double A championship. "It's a pretty talented bunch in that room," manager Jared Gilbert said pointing to his celebrating players. "I wouldn't bet against us." |
