Guimond King of the Hill, No-Hits Loons Sunday, August 20th, 2028 Roosevelt Guimond was unhittable today as he beat the Loons 5-0. The Westwood pitcher breezed through the Minnesota lineup and got himself a no-hitter. Guimond had them talking to themselves as he struck out 7 and issued 4 walks in an outstanding performance at Sixshooters Stadium. His catcher said to reporters after the game, "He started off slow. He didn't have command of anything in the first three innings, but lucked his way through them. The Loons really helped him out by not being patient... they hit a lot of first pitches. Then it all came together in the fourth. From there on, the Loons never had a chance. He dominated them." In 20 starts this year Guimond has recorded a 2-7 record and a 3.15 ERA.
