Tortolita Third Baseman Picked SAAA Player of the Week Monday, June 12th, 2028 Orlando Montoya is respected by most Tortolita Drummers fans for his no-frills style of play. The 22-year-old third baseman went about his business with vigor last week to grab the USSL Triple A Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .667 average (14-for-21) with no home runs, 5 RBIs and 7 runs scored. In 33 games this season Montoya is batting .269 with 29 hits and 4 home runs. He has scored 17 runs and driven in 11. |
