August's Pitcher of the Month Goes to Fleming Friday, September 1st, 2028 Stewart Fleming hasn't been around the big leagues long enough to know that youngsters shouldn't be winning USSL Triple A Pitcher of the Month. But when you put up numbers like his, you're going to get some notice. In August the Vermont starter earned a 4-1 mark in 5 starts. He threw 32.2 innings, struck out 31 and compiled a solid 0.83 ERA. To date this year in 19 starts, Fleming has crafted a 9-5 mark with a 2.53 ERA. |
