Season Over for Ismael Padilla in Houston Saturday, August 19th, 2028 The season is finished for Ismael Padilla of the Houston BC. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The BC starting pitcher suffered a torn labrum while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Pure Michigan Great Lakers. Team doctors said it would take at least 4-5 months to heal. Currently Padilla has a 4-6 won-lost record in 14 starts with a 2.93 ERA. He also has 39 strikeouts in 76.2 innings. |
