Bloomington's Afridi Wins 3AAA Outstanding Hitter Award Saturday, October 7th, 2028 The future looks extremely bright for Shahid Afridi. At the age of 21, many players are still trying to find their way in M3L Triple A. Afridi has not only found his way, he's already established himself as one of the game's brightest stars, today being named the winner of the M3L Triple A Outstanding Hitter Award. "I didn't expect to hit .309 this year, that's for sure," the right fielder said. The Bloomington Longnecks star also put up a .388 on-base percentage this year, with 88 hits, 8 doubles, 3 triples, 33 home runs, 76 RBIs and 56 runs scored. Todd Sentell of the Florida Men finished second in voting, while Héctor Rivera of the Ellenburg Fighting Dachsunds finished third. |
