Buckhead, Brooklyn Make Trade Friday, July 7th, 2028 The Buckhead Bowties and Brooklyn Dodgers have put the finishing touches on a deal that was weeks in the making. Buckhead will part with 22-year-old RF Manuel Carmona and 26-year-old 1B Qi-zhen Loong, while the Dodgers have dealt 18-year-old minor league 3B Yu-zeng Si, 20-year-old minor league LHP Dale Hamilton and $12,000,006 in cash. "This one took a while to figure out," said the Buckhead general manager. "We must have gone back to the drawing board five or six times over the past few weeks. I'm glad we finally got the deal done. I think it is a good one for both clubs." This year Carmona has hit at a .356 pace and produced 47 RBIs, 13 home runs and scored 37 runs. |
