Coffman Wins Menard's Third League Pitching Crown Wednesday, October 25th, 2028 25-year-old Walt Coffman of the New Amsterdam Dutchmen put together a good year in 2028 for such a young player. Coffman was named today as the winner of the Menard's Third League Outstanding Pitcher Award. Coffman crafted an impressive 14-9 record and a 2.04 ERA. In 203 innings he allowed 133 hits, struck out 190, and walked 52. Shigemasa Horiuchi of the Kingston Township Legion finished second in voting, while Rusty Swanson of the New Amsterdam Dutchmen finished third. |
