Worth's Starter Receives SL Pitching Award Friday, September 1st, 2028 Jorge Rivera has made fans throughout United States Silver League take notice over the past month with an exceptional 4-0 record. No pitcher in the Silver League threw better in August, garnering him the Pitcher of the Month award today. In 5 starts Rivera compiled a 1.62 ERA, putting up a 4-0 record, striking out 48 and tossing 33.1 innings. This season Rivera has crafted a 9-4 mark with a 3.06 ERA in 135.1 innings. Opposing clubs are batting .203 against him and he has 175 strikeouts. |
