SA's Best Batter Picked Tuesday, August 1st, 2028 Hirohisa Ogasawara put together a good July to earn the USSL Single A Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to Hammond officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Herons shortstop posted a .330 batting average with 3 home runs, 14 RBIs and 16 runs scored. So far this season Ogasawara has put up a .295 batting average with 85 hits, 3 home runs and 27 RBIs. |
