Season May Be Over for Bulls Potts Sunday, July 30th, 2028 When Giddy Potts was hurt against the Galesburg Guzzlers, the Belleville Bulls were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe that first thought. The 20-year-old closer suffered a bone spur in his elbow throwing a pitch in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Potts would miss 4-5 months of the season. To this point in the season, Potts has 15 saves in 32 relief appearances with a 2-0 mark and 1.59 ERA. He has 40 strikeouts in 34 innings with 12 walks. |
