|
The Wizarding Express did just enough to secure a 4-3 victory over the Panama City Piranhas at Platform 9 3/4. Nobody did more than pitcher Javier Roldán, who captured player of the game honors. In 6 innings, Roldán surrendered 4 hits, while striking out 6 and walking 2. He allowed 2 runs. With the loss, Panama City falls to 10-10.
José Corona contributed an important at-bat in the bottom of the sixth. With a runner on 1st, he hit a run-scoring triple. It was one at-bat that helped send Wizarding to the win.
