Cattlemen Sink Divided, 10-7

The D.C. Divided and Ft. Worth Cattlemen provided some drama at Washington Stadium.
Ft. Worth beat D.C., 10-7. The win in part was due to first baseman Bart Lewis, who nabbed player of the game honors. He went 1-3 with a home run and 2 walks. He scored 2 times and drove in 4. With the win over D.C., the Cattlemen improved to 13-18.
Nobuo Yamashita, the Ft. Worth center fielder, contributed a run-scoring double in the top of the sixth inning to make the score 6-4, Cattlemen. For the game, Yamashita went 2 for 5 with a double.
"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Lewis told the Ft. Worth Herald.
