Ndahura Lays Hammer Down in 5-2 Win
|
South Beach Blaze starter David Ndahura turned in a top-notch performance against the Mt. Vernon Bulls at The Ballpark on the Beach. The result was a win for the Blaze, 5-2. Darren Minich closed the game out for South Beach, earning his 1st save. South Beach has now won 4 straight.
Ndahura was effective for South Beach, seldom allowing the Bulls to square up a pitch. The right-hander tossed 110 pitches over 8 innings. He limited Mt. Vernon to just 2 runs on 4 hits.
"This level of focus will win us a lot of ballgames," Ndahura said after the game.
