Idaho Falls used a superb performance from starting pitcher Vicente Romero to down the Alameda Airmen, 3-1. Juan Rúbio closed the door for Idaho Falls, picking up his 4th save of the year. Idaho Falls has now won 5 games in a row.
The Airmen had trouble solving Romero, who surrendered no earned runs on 4 hits over 8 innings.
Romero attributed the win to "energy and focus on the part of everyone."
