Jorge Travieso never let the Washington Generals find their groove. Throughout the game, Travieso, who is tied for 4th in the SA in wins with 7, relied on his bread and butter, his slider, in pitching the Bruins to a win. Gabriel Turner closed the game out for Bellevue, earning his 2nd save. Today's win puts Bellevue at 34-32, while Washington falls to 38-28.
Ramón Ramírez drew 1 walk in 4 trips to the plate for Bellevue. In the bottom of the fourth, with the teams deadlocked, 0-0, Ramírez delivered for the Bruins. His run-scoring walk put Bellevue on top, 1-0.
