The Syracuse Storm got a stellar effort from pitcher Shi-xian Kuai, helped Syracuse score a 4-1 win over the visiting Bellevue Bruins. Earning his 2nd save for Syracuse was Ryan Dull. Syracuse now has a 3-game win streak.
Jerry Yates was a key contributor to the win for the Storm. In the bottom of the fourth with no one out, the light-hitting catcher stroked a single to center. He went 1-3 with a walk.
"I had pretty good command out there," said Kuai.
