Chukars Win in Glorious Fashion
Idaho Falls Chukars starter Frédéric Lamy was definitely locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Niagara Falls Expos, 6-5. Idaho Falls reliever Ramón Granados picked up the win, upping his record to 1-1. Benedicto Castellon took the loss. Idaho Falls has now won 5 games in a row.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth. That's when Idaho Falls right fielder León Preciado, facing Dao-zi Zhai, had a run-scoring ground out. It gave the Chukars the 6-5 win.

Preciado described the clubhouse as "kind of rowdy" after the game.
