Chukars Keep Streak Alive with 4-2 win
|
The Idaho Falls Chukars picked up a win at Waterfall Park, knocking off the Niagara Falls Expos, 4-2. Starting pitcher Matt Crowley was an essential part of his team's success. Ramón Granados earned his 3rd save in 3 tries. The Expos fall to 7-12 and continue their uneasy start to the 2028 season.
Víctor Puente had a clutch at-bat with one out in the top of the seventh for the Chukars. Coming up with a runner on 1st and Idaho Falls trailing 2-1, he hit a 2-run home run.
