Revolution Topple Dragoons with Late Rally
|
The Louisiana Dragoons got a sterling performance from pitcher Keith Cochrane, but the Revolution still prevailed, 5-3. Cochrane was named the player of the game in a losing cause. He threw 7 innings of 4-hit ball. After today's action, York sits at 34-51, while Louisiana falls to 47-38.
Joe Ellison was the walk-off hero for York. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth, the York first baseman hit a dramatic 2-run home run to send the teams home.
"I really like what we did out there today," Ellison said after the game.
