Galesburg got an elite performance from starting pitcher Faisal bin Nabeel in taking a 9-0 decision over the Grand Forks Caterpillars. Galesburg is now 17-39, Grand Forks 20-36.
Grand Forks had little success against bin Nabeel and his curveball. bin Nabeel tossed 109 pitches over 7.1 innings for the Guzzlers.
"Faisal's stuff was electric," said Galesburg manager Rickey Burrell.
